Pre-committed tenants sit down with Devine Construction Interiors to determine style preferences so that a scheme, space plan, palette of colours and finishes can be developed. Throughout the process tenants are involved in every aspect of the design.

Cost savings are also significant. Changes to base air conditioning, internal stairs, lighting grids and other services would normally be customised alterations. But as a pre-committed tenant you can organise for all this work to be installed as part of the original project.

Even major custom works such as intra-tenancy stairs take on a new feasibility, with floor openings able to be integrated into the pouring of the floor slab.
