Pre-committed tenants sit down with Devine Construction Interiors to determine style preferences so that a scheme, space plan, palette of colours and finishes can be developed. Throughout the process tenants are involved in every aspect of the design.

The time efficiencies are enormous. Offices are ready to move into upon the practical completion of the building itself.

Cost savings are also significant. Changes to base air conditioning, internal stairs, lighting grids and other services would normally be customised alterations. But as a pre-committed tenant you can organise for all this work to be installed as part of the original project.

You won't have to wait for a third party to access the building and work around the building timetable. You benefit from Devine Construction Interiors working seamlessly to integrate your customised floor finishes, partitioning, ceiling tiles and wiring into the total process. Even major custom works such as intra-tenancy stairs take on a new feasibility, with floor openings able to be integrated into the pouring of the floor slab.
