For pre-committed tenants in buildings under construction, Devine Interiors also offers the opportunity to fully integrate the fit out process so you can move in simultaneously with the practical completion of the building itself.
This saves you time and money. Your fit out is completed within the base building program, including customised work such as changes to air conditioning, internal stairs, lighting grids and other services.
A division of Devine Constructions will also integrate your customised floor finishes, partitioning, ceiling tiles and wiring into this construction process. Even major works – intra-tenancy stairs, for example - become more feasible because they can be integrated into the pouring of a floor slab.

About Us
Allan Bakewell – Design Manager
Architect Allan Bakewell, with more than 20 years construction and design industry experience, heads the Devine Interiors Team.
It is a skills and experience combination that offers our clients a unique expertise. Allan is able to combine the designer’s intent with the builder’s demand for clarity and practical construction demands.
He has worked – among many projects - as Project Architect for the fit out of 14 floors of Suncorp’s new headquarters, the SW1 building fit out at South Bank and the James Street Markets, Fortitude Valley.
In building, he has also worked with national organisations creating residential and commercial towers, hospitals, casinos and retail developments.
As part of his long association with Devine Limited, he was responsible for the delivery of several major projects including the landmark Casino Towers and Festival Towers high-rise residential developments.
Wayne Sengelman – Site Senior Project Manager
More than 25 years’ construction industry experience complements Wayne Sengelman’s enthusiastic approach to site management and the fit out process.
Over that period he has worked on many major hospital, commercial, retail, civil high-rise and domestic residential developments across Queensland.
Among notable projects are the Myer Centre developments in Adelaide’s city centre and Toowoomba, refurbishment of the heritage Treasury Casino in Brisbane and the South Bank Parklands redevelopment.
Wayne also has a long association with Devine Limited, undertaking the role of Site Manager on several high-density residential developments including River Place, River City and Casino Towers.
